These are the terms of use for GNETCHAT, our web site https://gnetchat.com, and mobile apps. "The Company" used below is refererring to GNETCHAT.

The Company reserves the right to change and update the site and service.
The Company provides a signaling service. The audio and video channels are solely between your communicating parties. No audio or video recording is made or stored by the company. The company is not responsible or reliable for any audio or video recordings made by you or your chatting party. If you need record anything, do so at your own risk.
The Company does not liable for service being down for maintenance reason.
The service is as is, no warranty, the Company make no responsible for the service outages or errors on the network.
The Company reserves the right to terminate any individual account without prior notice.
The usage is bound by your local judiciary usage.
Outside of US use at your own risk. It should be under your local judiciary.

The user who registers has to be at least 13 of age and fully responsible for the account with email phone number.
Restriction. No illegal, abuse, fraudulent, harass, stalking, threatening activity.
Registration needs to be accurate, no impersonate others.
You, the individual, should be fully responsible for your own password.

Indemnity - the subscriber, you will indemnify the Company and any of the employ harmless, from any claim, violation, infringement third party account, or intellectual property or rights or person or rights.

Limitation of liability - in no event shall the Company be liable for any damage loss of use, data, image, profit in an event the network outage, unauthorized access, network errors, omissions.
